CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW NURSING HOME IN HRASTNIK
Rudis d.o.o. Trbovlje, as the main contractor signed the contract for construction of a new nursing home Hrastnik with the client Dom starejših Hrastnik in September 2025
Location of the nursing home is on a smaller flat area Leša. Nursing home is designed as four buildings with rooms and service areas, situated on extended ground floor with an open atrium in the middle. Facilities will be surrounded with a walking path.
Capacity of facilities: room for approximately 165 beds on approximately 10.000 m2, mainly in one-bed and two-bed rooms with their own bathroom.
Induction to work was carried out on 1 October, which also marks the start of civil works. Duration of construction is 20 months.
The project will be built to the highest standards and will be fully financed by the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of solidarity-based future.
