Laid cornerstone for construction of residential building Novi dom
Multi-dwelling building includes 14 modern and functional apartments, arranged on the ground floor, two storeys and terrace
Mr. Andrej Gorjup, General Manager of the company RUDIS, and Mr. Marko Funkl, mayor of the municipality of Hrastnik, laid the cornerstone for construction of modern multi-dwelling building Novi Dom in Hrastnik on 7 November 2022.
Rudis as investor will start construction this year.
Multi-dwelling building includes 14 modern and functional apartments, arranged on the ground floor, two storeys and terrace. Bike room, storage areas and common rooms are located in the basement. Parking lots will be arranged by the building. Distinctive features of the building are spacious atriums, inset balconies and two terraces.
Building will be located in a peaceful environment. Health centre, pharmacy, bus station and shop are in immediate vicinity of the new building; kindergarten and primary school are just a stone’s throw away.
Construction is planned to be completed in first half of 2024.
