RUDIS IS BUILDING A COMMERCIAL – RESIDENTIAL FACILITY AND PARKING GARAGE IN TRBOVLJE
RUDIS is the investor and contractor of a modern apartment building with 23 apartments in Trbovlje. Apartments will be handed over to buyers by the end of 2022.
RUDIS obtained a building permit as investor in September 2021 to build a modern commercial-residential facility by the municipal park, which is where it got its name »Vila Park«.
There will be three business spaces and twenty-three apartments in the apartment building. There will be two-room, three-room and four-room apartments.
Concrete frame of the building will be completed in May, electrical and mechanical installations and construction trades works are underway simultaneously.
We are planning to hand over apartments to buyers by the end of 2022.
Online auction procedure will be used for selling the units to interested buyers. The date of public auction with conditions for cooperation will be published on the website of the company Rudis and invitation for participation will be sent to everyone who will express their interest in buying an apartment in writing to the email address info@rudis.si or branko.bozjak@rudis.si prior to the auction.
Likewise, sales catalogue with description of apartments will be published prior to the auction.
Rudis will build a 3-storey parking garage with 27 parking spaces on Obrtniška cesta in the vicinity of the facility »Vila Park«. This facility will also be completed by the end of 2022.
