RUDIS will construct and maintain a small Gas Power Plant at the Non-Hazardous Waste Dump Puconci
The Director of the Waste Management Centre Puconci, Mr. Franc Cipot, and the General Manager of RUDIS, M. Sc. Andrej Gorjup, signed the Contract for project implementation on April 22nd, 2014, and at that occasion they also symbolically planted a tree which symbolizes a new beginning of successful co-operation.
In the Contract awarding procedure RUDIS was selected as the most favourable Bidder for construction and maintenance of the Plant for energy utilisation of the waste dump gas,
including construction of a new facility of container motor-generator unit for combined generation of 300 kW of power and 330 kW of heat. Contractual works comprise implementation of construction, mechanical and electrical works, as well as supply and assembly of installations, devices and equipment, commissioning, trial run and training of the User’s staff for handling the Combine Heat and Power Plant. Construction of the Plant will be completed in October this year.
