RUDIS will construct extension of district heating system in LC Lokovica
Mayor of the Municipality Šoštanj and General Manager of Rudis on 22nd October 2014 signed a Contract for the construction of hot water pipeline Lokovica
District heating is not only a comfortable and stable solution of heating our living space, but is is also an environmentally friendly system of heating as the uncontrolled discharges of harmful substances into our living environment, caused by individual furnaces, is reduced. About these facts are well aware the Municipality Šoštanj, who will expand the district heating system in the area of Local Community Lokovica. In the Contract awarding procedure RUDIS was selected as the most favourable Bidder.[/levi]
As technically the most suitable was selected two-pipe system of pre-insulated flexible pipes temperature regime 110/650C and the nominal pressure of 10 bars. Such system enables to each user its own heating regulation and all-year heating of living spaces and domestic hot water. RUDIS will execute the contractual works by the mid-summer of next year.
