Signing of the contract for construction of the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Zagorje
On October 1st, 2013 the General Manager of Rudis, Mr. Andrej Gorjup, and the Mayor of Zagorje, Mr. Matjaž Švagan, solemnly signed the contract for construction of Zagorje’s Central Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
WWTP will be built for 11.000 population units. The company AGM Nemec from Sedraž will collaborate with Rudis as partner in construction of the project. Works will be carried out according to the FIDIC Yellow Book. Implementation of the plant will be very demanding, as timely as executively. It is needed to elaborate technical documentation, to obtain the final building permit,
to build the plant and to complete the trial run by the end of March 2015. WWTP project, together with construction of 13 kilometres of sewerage networks, will be the largest financial investment into ecology in the last decade by the Municipality of Zagorje.
