Visit to ČKD Blansko
RUDIS visited the Laboratory ČKD Blansko in the Czech Republic
On January 24th, 2013 the General Manager, M. Sc. Andrej Gorjup, and the Head of Marketing, Mr. Tomaž Jazbec, accompanied by the Director of Litostroj Power, D. Sc. Drago Fabijan, visited the Laboratory ČKD Blansko, which is one of the leading laboratories for research and development of hydraulic machinery. The Laboratory with high qualified and skilled experts has a longstanding tradition in research and development of water turbines.
By optimizing the characteristics of hydraulic machinery structures and production of models the risk is considerably decreased and the insight into technical characteristics of new products is assured to Employers. Rudis in the Consortium with Litostroj Power has been implementing replacement of all three 16 MVA Units in the Hydro-Power Plant Doblar I. The Laboratory was involved in the project by production of the model of new Units and elaboration of technical calculations for HPP operating optimization.
